Love this place. From the workers to the equipment. I always love going here. The manager is fantastic. Any issues are quickly taken care of. Plus it's always clean. I go there often. Professional and worth your time!!

This place is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They repair things quickly when needed and it's always clean. They have all the equipment and free weights anyone could want and have regular classes and participation opportunities. I would recommend if you're looking for a full service gym in the Fremont area. Only down side is they aren't 24hrs.

Love this place! The staff, environment, patrons and food. The childcare is great to have and it's affordable. Only complaint is I've been a member almost 3 years and they don't offer open swim for families and that was a big amenity I wanted.

Great staff, the facilities are very clean, they have a great selection of equipment to use, along with a pool, hot tub and sauna for members to use, I’ve always had a great experience every time I’m there

The PT team is wonderful! Jeanne does an amazing job helping patient in the pool. She pushes me enough to make significant gains without causing pain or flaring my RA. Thomas does dry needling. It is so helpful! The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. They provide a voucher to use the gym when you are finished with physical therapy. Highly recommend!

Love this Wellness Center. The atmosphere is friendly, and warm. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The Cafe menu is priced well, and the burritos and shakes are delicious. The equipment is well maintained. The facility is well managed and cleaned well. I recommend a membership to everyone!!
